Customer Authorization and Vehicle Storage Policy

By authorizing repair work at Kansas City AutoSport, customers grant permission for our technicians to operate and store their vehicle for testing, inspection, repair, and delivery purposes. We understand that you’re entrusting us with valuable property, and we treat every vehicle with the respect and care it deserves. However, customers should understand that Kansas City AutoSport is not responsible for loss or damage to personal equipment or articles left in vehicles due to circumstances beyond our control, including fire, theft, or other unforeseen events.

Parts Retention and Storage Policies

If you wish to retain worn or damaged parts replaced during your service, this request must be made at the time of repair authorization. Additionally, vehicles remaining on our property more than two days after completion notification will incur a daily storage charge of up to $30.00 unless alternative arrangements are made in writing beforehand.
